Product Warranty and Repair

All of Critia’s products are fully warranted against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery to the customer, or upon special arrangement, from the date of incorporation into the end system. During that time we will provide either quick turn-around repair or replacement of any product that fails under normal operating conditions. To be eligible for our warranty, each product must be registered in a timely manner with us. All warranty and registration requirements are provided with each product.
